Chef John Rodriguez has been cooking fresh, flavorful food for over 10 years. During his time in Sonoma and Napa, John was trained by a Texas pit master and developed his love of BBQ and smoked meats.
In 2019, John purchased his own farm where he sources fruits and peppers for BBQ sauces, and harvests honey from his own bees. Since his time in California, it has always been important for John and the team to source local meats and produce as often as possible.
